A postdoc position is available at the Research institute of Sciences & Engineering (RISE) in the general area of environmental resources conservation and protection, specifically environmental microbial surveillance, risk assessment and genomics. The postdoc will join a group of researchers involved in studies related to water/wastewater quality, treatment, and reuse; environmental monitoring and genomics, and reservoirs of antimicrobial resistance. Special interest include risk assessment of emerging pollutants and application of bioinformatics pipelines in elucidation of microbial community dynamics.
