The mission of our Pilot System Engineer is to prepare, test, deploy, pilot, document and support existing and newly developed solutions delivered by the Group.What you?ll be doing* Fully prepare Planet products and solutions in a production environment; * Test, troubleshoot and install Planet products and solutions, remotely or at the customers premises;* Follow up, analyse and reports the status of the installed solutions; * Document the new solutions; * Provide internal or external technical advice about Planet solutions; * Provide internal or external training on Planet solutions.Who you are* Fluent English (spoken and written)* Other language is an asset (French, German, Spanish, Dutch, etc.)* Analytical skills * Autonomous * Availability to travel worldwide * Availability to work nights/weekends * Good communication skills * Knowledge of the payments industry is an advantage * IT or Electronics degree or relevant experience * TCP/IP network knowledge * Good Linux knowledge * Good SQL knowledge is an advantage* Scripting or any other programming language is a plus* Permanently open for learning new solutions and tools* Energetic: You?re driven by pushing forward, searching for better, and wanting more than the status quo* Bright: You love bouncing ideas* Brainstorming.
