Job Description

LIN SCAN is looking for a professional and experienced Packing Officer under visit or cancelled visa ready to join their organization immediately.Requirements.

  • Create shipping documents (inv/pl) based on production pl
  • Check customs requirements country of destination (COO, fumigation, license for customs clearance etc)
  • Control of packing as per packing policy of LS
  • Check customs mode (temporary/permanent) with customs broker/project manager?
  • Preparing and check shipping inv/pl after receiving information from project manager regarding packing details for demob
  • Agree with customs broker inv/pl for shipping
  • After receiving confirmed quotation from Roman/Hanna - booking with forwarder agent/sea lines and checking AWB/Sea Way Bill.
  • Arrange customs clearance in UAE/country of destination and delivery from airport/sea port to HO (after receiving confirmed quotation from Roman/Hanna)
