Job Description

  • Responsible for Business development and Self-generation of sales leads from clients, contractors and Developers
  • To Identify new areas of growth and promote company presence in the market.
  • To Provide feedback on competitor products and activity.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing upon terms and conditions with Contractors/Clients.
  • Achieving/ exceeding annual sales target .
  • Follow up with existing projects.
  • ?Maintain relationship with contractors , consultants, Developers etc
  • To prepare pre-qualification documents with respect to the client requirement and undergo vendor registration for future jobs.
  • Ability to multi-task different jobs and at high past.
