Maintenance SupervisorJob Location : Sharjah, UAEKey Responsibilities:?Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and issues, then coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations as required.?Source and manage a network of reliable contractors and service providers for various maintenance tasks, obtain competitive bids for maintenance projects, and negotiate contracts with vendors.?Assist in developing and managing the property maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance solutions while maintaining quality standards.?Address maintenance concerns and inquiries from tenants and clients in a timely and professional manner, maintain positive relationships with tenants, and ensure their needs and concerns are promptly addressed.?Ensure all properties comply with relevant health, safety, and building regulations, implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment.?Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, expenses, and contracts, and prepare regular maintenance reports for management and stakeholders.Qualifications:?Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or any related field.?Proven experience in property maintenance and management, preferably in the UAE.?Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and renovation practices.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.?Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.?Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Sharjah.
