Maintenance Manager (Power / Utilities)UAE?The Company

  • Recently formed Operations & Maintenance business for an Energy / Utilities project.
  • Working at a brand new and state of the art facility.
  • Joining the business from its inception to have an integral part of developing and establishing all maintenance policies and procedures.
?The Responsibilities
  • Report to the Plant General Manager.
  • Be responsible for the planning and management of all maintenance activities for a thermal power plant.
  • Manage, lead and develop a team of Supervisors, Engineers and Technicians for a 24-7 facility.
  • Develop a comprehensive planned and preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Budget control, staff training, maintenance administration and technical reporting.
