Manage operation activities, delivering best in class service to its customers by managing an efficient operation and ensuring timely, accurate and cost effective delivery of customer shipments. Directly supervise logistics assistants, coordinators & couriers to ensure that every shipment is delivered within SLA.Graduate in commerce / businessDemonstrate leadership skillsDirect management experience for agency workforce in operations / logistics, manufacturing, engineering, production or distribution environmentExperience with planning, performance metrics, process improvementExperience with the full staffing life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, and terminationsStrong analytical capability; track record of deep dive into data and finding solutions for a variety of operational problemsFlexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidaysExcellent communication skillsExperience managing third party resourcesExperience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak seasonBachelors degree or equivalent work experienceExperience is delivery stationDiploma in related field
