Logistics OfficerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities & Authorities :?Follows up OTC & OTD?Tracking of shipments and monitoring of Transit?Controlling Cost?Comparing Cost and analysizing logistical Cost break downs.?Avoids Custom Duties?Mobilization & Demobilization follow up?Coordinate with Procurement for Incoming Shipments.?Coordinate with Projects and Packing for outgoing shipments.?Responsible for keeping traceability of all import and export shipping documentation, attestation and coordination with freight forwarder / cargo agents for on time dispatch of both imports and exports?Keeps himself update about customs rules and regulations in various destinations where Lin Scan ships it tools?Establishes good working relations with local of international forwarding agents to secure a good control and company?s shipments?Transportation arrangements for Tools inside the gates of project site.?Coordination of drivers for legalization from Chamber of Commerce and develops realistic action plans.Skills / Experience :?Bachelor?s Degree ideally in logistics?min 5 years of experience in international shipments?Familiar with Import and export requirements and regulations of Customs in various countries.?Excellent relationship with Prominent Logistics Service providers, Shipping agents and Customs brokers.?Advanced Excel, work and PPT skills.?Excellent reporting and Logistics / Transportation Management skills?Capability to build and develop effective Supplier relationships?Knowledge of ERP management system
