We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Logistic staff member.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, including Shipping Arrangement and Coordination, Documentation, Attestation and Legalization, Trade related Bank transaction (LC purposes), Import and Export documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of products.Responsibilities:1. Shipping Arrangement and CoordinationTo request dealers to open LC or advanced TT payments before ex-factory date.To check the LC details.To forward shipping instructions and all shipping documents between dealer?s nominated forwarders and factory?s forwarder.2. Documentation, Attestation and LegalizationTo prepare shipping documents based on LC or dealer?s requirements.To prepare certificate of origin through online system and to arrange attestation and legalization from Chamber and Ministries.3. Banks ? Trade and Finance OperationTo check LCs with banks.To submit documents for LCs negotiation.4. Import/ Export Customs ClearanceTo handover documents to agents for Customs clearance.To check BOE for Customs clearance.5. Work closely with other members of the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
