Job Description

As a Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the organization. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, draft and review legal documents, and assist in legal research and analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support contract review and negotiations.
  • Assess and manage legal risks associated with commercial contracts and develop strategies to mitigate legal exposures and protect the organizations interests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal considerations in contract matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage legal documentation and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
EducationBachelor or Master degree in Law.Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Proven experience in commercial contract review and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial law, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and provide sound legal advice to cross-functional teams and other entities.
  • Familiarity with Sharjah Government Regulations is an advantage.
