Job descriptionLeasing ExecutiveLocation: Al Nahda, SharjahSalary: 3,000 + CommissionPreferably Arabic with Driving licenseDuties and Responsibility

  • Responding to queries/leads
  • Managing all leases from potential and existing clients.
  • Executing new lease agreements and coordinating move-in processes.
  • Responsible for move out process of non-renewal and early termination leases.
  • Preparing all lease-related paperwork.
  • Take care of all Police cases such as final bills, move-out inspection, security deposit and etc..
  • Maintaining all lease file systems, both in paper format and electronically that may be easily accessed by the team.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to AED3,000.00 per monthExperience:
  • Lease Executive: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
  • Driving license (Required)
