Landscape ArchitectJob Location : Sharjah Key responsibilities:?Conduct preliminary studies of the site and environmental impact assessments (including contours, soil, ecology, buildings, roads, heritage).?Concept design development and provide cost estimating, detail design services, contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.?Preparation, production of design, construction drawings and schematic illustrations.?Production of project design drafting and detailing.?Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.?Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner.?Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates.?Execute a project from concept through construction documentation.?Co-ordinate / advise site consultants/ company representatives on landscape design and technical related matters.?Co-ordinate / source local suppliers / materials.?Provide approval for contractor work.?Attend site co-ordination and progress meetings.Requirements:?Education: MBA / Graduate in similar field.?Experience: 4+ yrs in Landscape Architect.Benefits:?Competitive Salary as current market?Other employee benefits as per law
