Ensure Planning of production activity to meet the customer demand on time and in full by ensuring all the HSE, Quality, Cost and Efficiency is met.
To Coordinate with production & purchase teams and ensure the committed deadlines are met in a smooth and steady manner.
Ensure all technical aspects of planning are performed fully in compliance with group policies and procedures and in line with the ISO requirements.
Monitor and improve plant performance by suggesting and mapping the cost-effective improvement activities.�

Key Tasks

Prepare the daily & weekly production schedule in line with the agreed SLA?s.
Ensure the Job cards are scheduled in a timely manner and plan is made available to the production team.
Feedback to the respective line manager in case of any deviations in the plan/plan execution when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
To coordinate with production in the improvement of OEE of the plant.
Balance between the Preventive maintenance schedules & Production planning for the effective use of machinery with minimum downtime.
Update and maintain accurate data in MRP for effective planning and reporting.
Coordinate with the demand team for the required forecast.
Communicate to customer care on the product availability updates in a timely manner in line with ATP.
Communicate production ETA?s or delays inline with the forecast to respective associates on a timely manner.
Timely analysis and update of the Safety stocks data in the ERP system.
Monitor & Plan production of Safety to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Ensure the commitments made are fulfilled to boost the OTIF for the logistics team.
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Monitor plan to ensure they will finish within the specified timelines.
Review of stocks on a timely basis with the warehouse to ensure to maintain a healthy stocks.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
