As an IT Officer you will be responsible for managing our organizations IT systems, providing technical support to our staff, and helping to implement and maintain our technology solutions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our IT environmentKey Responsibilities:ú Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.ú Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users.ú Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.ú Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.ú Collaborate with third-party vendors to procure and maintain IT equipment.ú Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, BCP and procedures.ú Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.-Conduct training sessions for staff on IT-related topics.
