To plan for perpetual and periodic stock taking.
Analyze stock variation and make sure that the physical quantities are equal to system quantities all the time.
Coordinate with accounting to maintain stock value in inventory module equal to accounting module.
Coordinate with central buyers to update the physical stock.
Setting up promotion pack dispatching.
Minimize inventory losses.
Setting up receiving policies, transfers IN/OUT, promo breakage. Monitor the implementation of these policies
Perform inventory control to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Provide direction and assistance to colleagues as needed.
Maintain inventory reports according to standard documentation and archiving procedures.
Count and record merchandises received according to store policies.
High proficiency in data analysis using different softwares.
