Prepare technical drawings and artistic designs for interior projects based on the guidance of interior designers or architects.
Creating 2D and 3D models.
Execute the executive and detailed drawings for interior designs, including residential villas, commercial / residential buildings & Restaurants, cafes, and Hotels.
Utilize specialized computer software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max, Photoshop, V-Ray and Lumion/ Corona to create drawings and 3D models.
Collaborate with the interior design team, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Review engineering plans and ensure compatibility with interior design and technical standards.
Update and modify existing drawings based on changes and required revisions.
Prepare material lists and technical specifications for interior projects.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate execution according to approved designs.
