Job Description

Tryka LED is the lighting manufacturer from United Kingdom and are looking to fill the position of Sales Coordinator for their Middle East office based in Sharjah. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing related activities. Following is the list of responsibilities but are not exclusive to the position: Responsibilities

  • Preparation of quotations and submissions
  • File keeping, customer database management and quotation database management
  • Processing of Sales orders
  • Preparation of periodic sales reports
  • Attending customer calls
  • Scheduling client meetings and conferences
  • Provide administrative assistance to Sales Managers
  • Internal coordination with related departments
