HR SupervisorSharjah, UAE10,000 to 13,000 AED per month?The Company

  • Recently formed Operations & Maintenance business for an Energy / Utilities project.
  • Working at a brand new and state of the art facility.
  • Joining the business from its inception to have an integral part of developing and establishing all the HR policies and procedures.
?The Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee human resources services, policies and programs.
  • Set up HR procedures, policies and regulations to be compliant with UAE Labor Law.
  • Management organization structuring, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, HR administration, appraisals, disciplinaries and HR reporting.
  • Lead to the contribution of an excellent professional culture and HSE culture.
