  • Lead and support HR & administration function for UAE office
  • Responsible for day to day HR operations, housekeeping, plant productivity, canteen, safety of employees etc.
  • Manage and coordinate HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training & development
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a positive work environment.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to build a skilled and diverse workforce.
