Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage end-to-end MICE events and leisure groups from offerings and quotation to event closing
Communication with travel agencies and corporate clients and handling their inquiries for leisure and corporate groups (MICE)
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, budgets, and preferences, and propose customized solutions.
Product creation: Arrange venue selection, accommodation, transportation, catering, entertainment, entertainment program and other necessary arrangements.
Communication with contractors and partners.
Oversee event logistics and event closing procedures and payments
Maintain document flow on projects.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a trusted advisor and a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally and by providing expert recommendations and creating unique itineraries
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in the tourism and MICE sectors.
