Job Description

Note: ONLY female applicants- Engaging with members before, during and after classes- Building relationships with members and communicate any member feedback to the Owner.- Participating and engage over social media- Being a ?brand ambassador? that represents the Club?s brand and values.

  • Identifies and reports hazards and maintenance requirements in the work place immediately to the Owner. Checks all areas on a daily basis ensuring they are safe, clean and fit for guests use.
  • Conducts fitness consultations for new clients to assess and recommend personal training programs.
  • Inducts and supervises members in the correct use of Gym equipment and monitors and instructs gym users on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment.
  • To provide guidance to the members on the correct, safe use of the equipment and facilities and write programs when needed, ensuring conditions and facilities of the gym are reaching the required standard at all times.
- Plan and deliver fun & high energy group fitness classes (Spinning, Trampoline, Zumba, Aerobic, Pilates, Tabata... others)
  • Motivate and inspire participants to stay engaged and achieve their fitness goals.
  • Select and coordinate appropriate music for each class.
  • Assist participants with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their fitness routine.
  • Promote the benefits of fitness and maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean and organized fitness studio.
  • Knowledge of different styles and rhythms.
