Job Description

The Graphic Designer role in Sharjah, UAE, offers an exciting opportunity to work within the dynamic events management and graphic design industry. This position is ideal for creative individuals who are passionate about visual storytelling and possess a keen eye for detail. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling designs that effectively communicate our clients messages and enhance their brand identity. You will collaborate with various teams to produce innovative graphics for events, marketing materials, and digital platforms, ensuring that all designs align with the overall vision and objectives of the projects.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including promotional materials, event branding, and digital content.
  2. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
  3. Utilize graphic design software and tools to create high-quality visuals, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D software).
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
  6. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
  7. Assist in the development of marketing strategies by providing creative input and design support.
  8. Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
  9. Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts for upcoming projects.
  10. Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects for future reference.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Fluency in English is a must.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  6. Proactive and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  7. Adaptable to feedback and willing to make revisions as needed.
  8. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
  9. Experience in event branding and marketing materials is a plus.
  10. Ability to think creatively and develop unique design solutions.
