The General Manager - Private Properties is responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and profitability of private properties, such as residential complexes, commercial buildings, or mixed-use developments. This role involves managing property teams, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving business growth.Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of private properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant services. Develop and implement property management strategies to increase occupancy rates and profitability. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices. Manage property budgets and financial performance, including rent collection and expense control. Foster positive tenant relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to attract and retain tenants. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform decision-making.Requirements Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of property management principles, regulations, and financial analysis. Proven track record of managing and growing private properties. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop property teams. Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to effectively address tenant needs and concerns. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and budgets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
