  • Install, configure, and implement MS Dynamics 365 throughout the transition.
  • Configure POS System, promotion schemes, discounts, and pricing structures.
  • Coordinate with consultants, developers, and users for customization.
  • Provide support to retail and back-office users for different modules.
  • Understand user requirement and resolve functional issues.
