The Financial Controller Assistant provides support to the financial controller in managing financial activities within an organization. They assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and analyzing financial data. The assistant also helps ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Perform bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow management. Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses, highlighting areas for cost reductions or efficiencies. Help coordinate and support the external audit process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial analysis or accounting roles. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in using financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
