This position represents a remarkable opportunity for the right professional to make a significant impact within a leading organization.Facility Management:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, policies, and procedures to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to execute maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as needed.- Manage facility budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.- Maintain accurate records of facility-related activities, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and inventory management.Business Development:- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients or partners.- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our companys services and expand our network.Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in facility management, including knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.- Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with facility management software or tools is preferred.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
