Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher to join our team. As an ESL teacher, you will play a vital role in helping non-native English speakers improve their language skills and achieve fluency. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and contribute to their personal and professional growth.In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging ESL lessons, facilitating language learning through a variety of methodologies, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will work with students of varying levels, from beginners to advanced, and adapt your teaching methods to meet their individual needs. Additionally, you will assess student progress and provide feedback regularly to ensure their continual improvement.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and the needs of the students.
  • Facilitate active and interactive classroom discussions and activities to promote language learning.
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to address their specific needs and areas for improvement.
  • Assess student performance through a variety of methods, such as tests, projects, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
  • Collaborate with other ESL teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to language instruction.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
