Job Description

We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager - HVAC with both Design and Engineering experience.Role is a 1 year contract with immediate start.

  • Supervise development engineers, designers and technicians.
  • Direct efforts that ensure organization compliance with product safety requirements
  • Support the execution of the Organization technology development strategy & roadmap
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and team building abilities
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Contributes to the team by applying knowledge of refrigeration design, heat transfer, fan systems & electronic control systems.
  • Assist and support actions to improve engineering group in the areas of time to market, reliability improvement, and cost reduction of existing products.
  • Document process improvements as part of standard engineering work.
  • Interfacing with manufacturing personnel to ensure design meets operations team requirements.
  • Presents project status to senior management at project reviews.
