To continue providing exceptional services, we are seeking an Electrician with AC Maintenance experience to join our team.Requirements:

  • Valid UAE visa with more than 3 months validity.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician within the UAE (experience within Dubai is preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, ranging from construction-level wiring to villa maintenance.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Residing in Dubai.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Availability to start immediately.
Responsibilities:Electrical Maintenance: Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks in accordance with local regulations and industry standards. This includes troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in villas.AC System Maintenance: Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning systems in villas, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations while performing all electrical and AC maintenance work. Maintain accurate records of work completed.Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose electrical and AC system issues, and propose effective solutions.Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues to understand job requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality workmanship and adhere to industry best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.Emergency Response: Be available for emergency electrical and AC repair calls when needed.
