ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER (EGYPT BRANCH) ? Summary: ? * Creating initial Revit setup with workflow documents * Parametric family creation and editing * Technical support for teams using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD * Clash detection & Clash report communication to the design team * Multiple Revit model coordination * Overseeing model setup and maintenance * Proficient in Revit project setup and template management of models * Quality control ? ensuring company standards are followed * Perform model QA/QC processes (Schedules & Quantity take-off) * Works with project delivery team members to ensure understanding of project BIM Execution Plan * Handling BIM projects independently, developing models, sheets, work sets, work sharing, templates, schedules, using Add-Ins tools, Dynamo, etc. * Preparation of Design, Shop & As-built drawings such as Lighting, Power, Containments Layouts, Lightning Protection, Earthing Layout, Fire Alarm, * BMS, ICT, CCTV & Access Control systems, GRMS, Audio Visual, Lighting Control, etc. * Responsible for detailing schematics and assisting engineers with problem-solving and Co-ordination with other services Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing * Preparation of Cable Tray/Trunking sizing ,containment coordination & coordination ? ?
