JOB PURPOSE: Support the Finance & Projects teams in full cycle accounting in the areas ofBudgeting and planning, cost estimation and Cost control.

Preparation of project budgets and AFEs - Submission of project budgets and AFEs on time after being reviewed and endorsed by the Projects manager
Prepare project cost estimates for oil & gas industry - This includes cost estimates for design, procurement and construction activities related to civil, piping, pipeline
Monitoring project actual costs against budget - Actual commitments and cost need to be tracked against the approved budget and areas of concern need to be
Prepare monthly cost reports for all ongoing project - Prepare required cost reports and submit to the SPA and Projects Manager
Prepare annual budget sheet including monthly - Obtain the inputs from each SPA and prepare the Projects budget along with budget commentary
Obtain the inputs from each SPA and prepare the Projects budget along with budget commentary - Review the invoices/variation orders submitted by contractor and make sure all invoices are in line with contractual
Develop historical Cost database of a project - Maintain a database of all completed projects so they can be used in future for reference purpose
Periodic accruals and cash calls - Prepare the cost accruals in line with the finance systems for booking the monthly cost. Further, provide the cash
