Job Description

Project Manager Overview: As a pivotal force in our organization, the Project Manager will spearhead the development and execution of innovative project ideas. This role demands a dynamic leader who can assemble and guide high-performing teams, monitor project processes, establish stringent deadlines, and proactively resolve challenges. You will serve as the crucial link between the head office and job sites, ensuring unwavering stakeholder satisfaction while meticulously evaluating project performance across all dimensions?including team contributions and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Take charge of project planning, including comprehensive reviews of technical analyses, to ensure seamless execution, cost control, and quality assurance, all while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide authoritative technical guidance on design modifications and structural repairs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Site Oversight: Conduct thorough inspections of project sites to monitor progress, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
  • Cost Management: Accurately estimate quantities and costs for materials, equipment, and labor, conducting feasibility assessments to drive project viability.
  • Design Evaluation: Rigorously evaluate consultants? and contractors? designs by calculating critical factors such as load requirements and material stress, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
