This role is responsible for monitoring Control Room process compliances and will be hold a key role for new HQ control room demonstration for Delegations.
Accountabilities:
Determines Control Room operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
Training and guidance the other projects under Tandeef for setting up control room operations and FTP
Training and guidance control room team on any updates in control room
Training the control room team - Saudi Arabia Project - on all control room operations, records & FTP
Implement violation penalty notice forms and process
Ensure quality in control room
Communicate with the project managers if necessary to ensure the progress of work
Prepares and follow up on list of violation in cooperation with HR
Follow up of driver ID?s in cooperation with HR
Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Monitor discipline forms of FTP violations issued in accordance with company policy.
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that the process are complied as per policy.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for fleet tracking .
Communicates feedback and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
Coordinates product testing processes.
Participates in product testing.
Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in systems

Experience and Qualification:Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Management/ Operations Management/Technology
Experience:
Control Rooms, Call center, Customer service - min 1 year
