Site Supervision:
Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that work is being completed as per the planned schedule and quality standards.
Perform inspections to ensure all materials and workmanship meet company and industry standards.
Monitor and report on site progress, address any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions.
Quality Control & Safety:
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project, particularly in decorative finishes and flooring systems.
Enforce health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring the team follows safe work practices and minimizing any potential risks.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and any issues encountered during the project.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the point of contact between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure that clients requirements and expectations are met, particularly with regard to the quality of finishes and landscaping.
Technical Support:
Offer technical advice and solutions related to concrete finishes, flooring, and masonry work, providing expertise on materials, techniques, and equipment.
