Civil EngineerJob Location : UAEDuties and Responsibilities :?Follow up the working sites and deploy the requested manpower.?Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards .?Organizing materials and coordinate between sites and factory.?Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.?Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.?Prepare and submit inspection reports and coordinate with consultant engineer .?Attend the site / technical project meetings .?Follow and apply the technical drawings and engineering plans.?Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.?Submit daily and weekly reports for the projects and manpower.?Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.?Verify all the overtime and attendance sheets to all operation team including foreman and labors .?Give instructions to the site foreman and follow up the implementation
