Job Description

Working at a production kitchen; we are looking for a chef experienced in producing chocolate in high volumes and to a consistently high standard. We require a passionate chocolatier to work at a high end, luxury production kitchen.Requirement.

  • Required chocolate production experience in a professional
  • Focus, positive attitude and desire to learn very high-end artisanal pastry and chocolate-making.
  • Strong organization skills, including task and time management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality chocolates under tight time constraints.
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability.
  • Professional communication skills,
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work during holiday and seasonal periods.
