1.???? Coordinate with relevant parties prior to workers arrival to the camp in order to make all the necessary logistical, administrative and medical procedures;2.???? Ensure the proper reception of new workers and provide them with the needed resources/supplies/services for their proper integration;3.???? Supervise the application of the camp?s internal rules and regulations to ensure discipline and prevent internal conflicts;4.???? Check continuously on the camp facilities, coordinate with relevant parties for services provision (maintenance, housekeeping, etc...) in order to maintain and preserve the camp;5.???? Implement Occupational Health and Safety practices within the camp, handle and notify any arising incidents to protect workers from any harm;6.???? Monitor the daily movement of workers from/to the project?s site and report any irregularities to control their work attendance;7.???? Manage the inventory of materials/supplies, monitor the camp expenses and improve internal practices for cost optimization;8.???? Provide the needed information (e.g. number of people) for the proper provision of food, quality check on the quality of food and related services and provide feedback to logistics department for proper selection of suppliers;9.????
