The job holder is responsible for growing our businesses of our own products through sourcing Co Manufacturing Partners (Local & International). This position is responsible for developing and securing business of our own brands with Co Manufacturing Partners (Local & International)Drive Co Manufacturing Business (Own Brands):1.Supporting growth and innovation through identification and implementation with Co Manufacturing Partners (Local & International), including researching and evaluating potential plants for existing & new product launches.2.Build a robust customer/supplier base by market studies to identify new Co Manufacturing Partners (Local & International).3.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Finance, HR & HSEQ to draft contracts, Service Level Agreements, Non-Disclosure Undertaking4.Responsible to negotiate and execute contract terms and conditions.5.Be a point of contact between of Co Manufacturing Partners and GBFS.6.Communicate final finished good specification, regulatory and standard requirements and updates, timelines for dispatches etc.7.Prepare Audit Plan in conjunction with HSEQ and conduct Audits as per the plan.Identify key players across GCC seeking of Co Manufacturing Partners and grow sales through these opportunities.1.Identify potential customers (preferably key FMCG players, distributors, market chains) and build contact with them2.Capitalize on these opportunities and fill capacities across Snacking, Beverage, Frozen factories3.Brief customers on plant capabilities, existing products, quality, food safety and halal certifications.4.Determine potential sales growth opportunities with current co-manufacturing customers.5.Establish and maintain of Co Manufacturing sales budget and sales goals by customer, product category, new customers etc6.Maintain proficient knowledge of product lines, pricing, production lead times, delivery time and shipping terms and conditions7.Qualify all incoming of Co Manufacturing Partners & lead to determine feasibility; based on pricing, packaging and volume.
