Business Development ManagerJob Location : Sharjah, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:?Analyze the GCC and Africa market to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the storage tank industry.?Develop a comprehensive sales strategy, including target markets, customer segments, and pricing models.?Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.?Understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and addressing inquiries effectively.?Act as a key point of contact for customer feedback and concerns.?Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and market trends.?Utilize data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive improvements in sales operations.?Maintain a deep understanding of storage tank products and their technical specifications.?Utilize market research to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.?Conduct sales presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our storage tank solutions.?Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and finalization of deals with customers.Qualifications and Requirements:?Minimum of 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the storage tank industry in UAE, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.?Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering, or any field (Masters degree is a plus).?Strong understanding of the GCC market and industry regulations.?Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.?Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.?Results-oriented and customer-focused approach.
