Mainly provide services in steel fabrication including structural steel and steel plate fabrication. ?Job Role:Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customersReview and approve quotes before sending to customerFollow up with potential customers to turn quote into an order within a reasonable timeframeProvide support and assistance to the estimators and support staff as neededManage the estimators for fabrication and estimate orders when neededTrack daily/monthly sales quotas and awards and report to managementProvide on-going progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the LES management teamCoordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with LES marketing, estimator, project manager, and senior management team
