Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an insulation solutions provider in Sharjah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in the insulation market. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop and implement effective business strategies.<br /><br />- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth in the insulation market.<br />- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.<br />- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.<br />- Collaborate with the technical team to develop new product solutions and applications.<br />- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.<br />- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.<br />?- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and standards.<br /><br />Requirements- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.<br />- At least 5 years of experience in business development in the insulation industry/construction.<br />- Knowledge of insulation products, applications, and markets.<br />- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.<br />- Analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits<br /><br />
