Job Description

Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to let the company be their light and sound supplier for events, occasions, weddings, concerts etc..As a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele and must keep a close eye on clients feedback to ensure that the companys products and services always exceed expectations.Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service and regular communication.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • TO ensure that the agencys services are meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the agency and build new relationships.
  • Analyze and report on the success of sales efforts and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the agencys services and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Understand our immersive marketing solutions and target markets.
  • Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present offerings.
  • Build client relationships and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and stay informed on industry trends.
