Company: Real Estate Company & Guest Management PlatformSalary: Attractive package for qualified applicantBenefits: Annual ticket and medical insuranceOffice Location: Ezza Tower, Alqassimiah, Sharjah, UAEOffice Timing :Monday to Thursday ? 8 AM to 1:30 pm, 5 PM to 7:30 PM,Sunday- 9 AM to 1:30 PM, 5PM to 7:30 PMFriday and Saturday OffWe are looking for a hands-on, highly driven individual, who will help:?Increase the occupancy of rental units in Sharjah using different marketing/sales strategies, including (but not limited to):?Conducting research on the property market and competitors?Managing the website?Posting online listings on property portals and social media?Creating marketing materials?Generating leads through word-of-mouth and other sources?Managing a sales database?Improve tenant retention by building a strategic relationship with tenants and handling complaints in a timely manner?Drive the expansion of property management services?Lead on the technical development and marketing of a guest management projectRequirements:?Knowledge of property portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut and Propspace?Proficient with website management and social media channels?Experienced in IT Project Management or UI/UX design?Strong with Email Correspondence, WhatsApp, and other forms of correspondence?Well-informed of the real estate market in the UAE?Bachelors degree in a related field?2 + years relevant work experience in the real estate sectorExcellent negotiation skills
