Job Description

  • Petty cash posting & reimbursements
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of routine business matters
  • Processing payments to suppliers, and arranging cheque deposits and cash deposits as required
  • Preparing PDC and CDC payment schedules on a daily weekly and monthly basis
  • Invoices/orders for the current and previous year
  • Maintain Filling and coding of accounts documents to the relevant folders in order
  • Other related tasks may be requested by the line manager or top management
  • Support senior accountants
  • Admin Support
