Job Description

Developing new product, scaling it up in plant and identifying customers in new markets for these products.

  • Support the commercial technical directives for existing product lines and needs for alternate materials and or new product activities in conjunction with business priorities.
  • Idea generation / picking up ideas towards creation of a new project.
  • Hold discussions with stake holders to identify specific project to be taken up for development work.
  • New product Development of resin etc.
  • Supervise Pilot trials /Plant batches for new product development.
Standardize specifications and test methods for Raw Materials and Finished Products Provide updates through regular issuance of written and verbal reports, this should include monthly updates and more.
