Job Description

Job SummaryThe incumbent of this position will be an integral part of our Sales team responsible for Customer Expansion and supporting the initiatives and push the continued growth of our brands focusing on high margin frying shortening ranges in HORECA.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperations Management:

  • Introduce our products and pitching them in market targeting Customer Expansion focusing on high margin frying shortening ranges in HORECA
  • Handle all communications related to sales activities, event organization, etc.
  • Conducting the research to identify new leads
  • Stay informed about government procurement policies, procedures, and upcoming projects.
  • Conduct thorough research on leads to identify potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the proposal team to develop compelling and competitive bids for tenders.
  • Ensure that all proposals meet the specific requirements outlined in the tender documents.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential risks or opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on the success and performance of customer acquisition efforts.
Finance Management:
  • Monthly business performance reports
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong business relationship with customer?s decision makers.
  • Ensure customer needs are clearly communicated to business units˙
  • Working in closely with development teams to introduce new products / new applications with customers
  • Attend relevant industry events and networking functions to expand the companys presence
  • Engage in effective negotiation with customers stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements.
KPIs
  • % growth in Customer Expansion (HORECA)
  • FMCG brand awareness and market data gathering and segmentation
  • Monthly business performance reports
  • Stakeholder / customer satisfaction Survey
  • Compliance with applicable legislation and regulations
  • Problem resolution in a timely manner (comebacks minimized).
Work experience requirement
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in Sales department focusing on HORECA Customer Expansion
  • Must have Horeca Van Sales experience from Food/FMCG industry
QualificationBachelor/ Master or Post-Graduate Diploma (Business Management/Sales & Marketing)
