Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all ERCO premises.
Monitor and maintain inventory of administrative supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and procurement related to admin tasks. Arrange drivers for official requirements.
Manage visa renewals and cancellations for ERCO employees.
Organize hotel bookings and transportation for guests and new joiners.
Arrange food card medical documents for renewal/new applications.
Link insurance cards for visa renewals (if applicable).
Update ILOE (Unemployment Insurance) files for ERCO & R&D employees. Manage uniform/lab coat distribution for employees.
Apply daily gate passes for guests as required.
Support onboarding formalities for new joiners.
Handle offboarding tasks for non-management employees.
Create and replace FAB cards for employees.
Apply insurance cards for new joiners and family members (if applicable).
Arrange ticket bookings for resigning/terminating employees and new joiners.
Maintain attendance records for Admin and HR teams, including OT hours, for payroll processing.
Address employee queries, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
MIS Working: Consolidate and maintain complete data for all admin expenses, update daily expense tracker, perform reconciliation, and assist admin management.
Casual Labor Supply Management: Verify departmental requests and approvals, coordinate with suppliers, ensure proper deployment.
