Job Description

We are a leading, dynamic and growing printing press specializing in high-quality print production services. Our team thrives on precision, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in every print job. We are currently seeking an Admin and Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.Administrative Support:

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks such as reply to customer enquiries, send quotes, maintaining records, and handling internal communications.
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders for materials as required.
Operations Coordination:
  • Assist with monitoring and tracking production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and quality control standards.
  • Act as a liaison between departments (Sales, Production, and Shipping) to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Prepare job orders, work instructions, and ensure quality is maintained for all jobs.
Logistics and Inventory Management:
  • Oversee stock levels of materials like paper, ink, and other printing supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for new orders and pricing.
  • Track order statuses and assist with the preparation of shipments or deliveries.
Process Improvement:Help identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.Assist with implementing new systems or technologies to improve production and admin functions.Qualifications:
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role, preferably within a manufacturing or printing environment
