Job Summary:The Workers’ Villa Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and occupancy of worker housing facilities. This role ensures that the accommodations are maintained according to company standards and in compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. The coordinator also acts as a liaison between workers, facility management, and service providers.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and general upkeep of the workers’ villa on a daily basis.Monitor occupancy levels and assign rooms according to the accommodation policy.Handle check-in/check-out procedures for workers moving in or out of the facility.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and pest control teams to ensure timely services.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and labor accommodation standards (e.g., Ministry of Labor / civil defense).Maintain records of room assignments, maintenance requests, and inventory of supplies.Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately and follow up until resolved.Coordinate delivery and replenishment of essentials (e.g., beds, linens, water coolers, etc.).Prepare periodic reports on facility conditions, occupancy, and incident logs.Act as the point of contact for worker concerns related to accommodation.Ensure security measures are followed within the villa.Qualifications:Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.Experience in managing workers housing or camp accommodation is highly preferred.Knowledge of local labor law regulations regarding worker housing.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Ability to deal with multicultural workforce.Good communication skills in Arabic and EnglishProficient in Excel and basic facility tracking tools.Skills:Strong sense of responsibilityAttention to hygiene and safetyConflict resolution and interpersonal skillsTime management and coordinationAbility to handle emergency situations calmlyWorking Hours:Full-time with flexibility to respond to after-hours or weekend issues when required.
