Position SummaryOverall responsible for Instrument Air Compressor, Air Dryer unit, Drinking water system, Silo washingsystem, Service water system, Waste water system including wastewater pits and nitrogen supply.Organizational RelationshipThis position reports to a Operations Superintendent. Principal AccountabilitiesPerform daily inspection of all utilities such as (IA, PA, DRW, NG WW), recorded all data and send reportto all concerns.Keep and maintain record of all utility consumption and report for any abnormality to concern to takecorrective action.Follow up and control all PM activates for utility system and maintain record in coordination withMaintenance team.Follow up for all maintenance jobs and assist maintenance to complete the task.Keep record of all maintenance jobs for critical equipment like Compressors, maintain history of failure,and repair as well as spare consumption.Ensure compressor is working within set points / ranges of vibration, temp, oil pressure, seal air etc... byanalysis of current and previous record. Report any abnormality in case.Records instrument readings and operational changes in operating log.Perform monthly switchover for IA COMPROSSERS and maintain record for this task.Manage and coordinate wastewater sample / drainage Pit sample to be collect and send to Client Lab foranalyses when required.Keep in touch & Communicate with utility department prior to transfer wastewater to utility.Operate wastewater pits whenever required.Maintaining all operations record update all the time for all utility system.Communicate with immediate supervisor for any abnormal issue.Maintain PM time schedule? Responsible for Utility Hose Program? Responsible for all utilities and attached systems
